- Formatting: Use subheadings, bullet points, and clear paragraphs for readability. Include images or diagrams where appropriate (make sure you have the rights to them!).
- Citations: Cite your sources when referring to data, statistics, or third-party content.
- Links: We allow up to 2 non-promotional links to your website, blog, or social media, provided they add value to the content.
Submission Process

- Send Your Pitch: Email us at writeforus@digitloyal.com with:
- A brief introduction about yourself.
- 2-3 article ideas or topics you’d like to write about.
- Links to your portfolio or previously published work.
- Wait for Approval: Our editorial team will review your pitch and respond within 5-7 business days.
- Submit Your Article: Once your pitch is approved, you can submit your full article. Please submit the draft as a Google Doc or Word file.
- Review & Publish: Our team will review your submission for quality, accuracy, and adherence to our guidelines. If edits are needed, we’ll work with you before publishing.
What You Can Expect
- Timely Response: We aim to provide feedback within a week of receiving your pitch.
- Credit & Bio: All authors receive full credit, a bio, and a link to their website or social media.
